Simple Overnight Oats
My most addicting overnight oat recipe that makes commuting a little less rough.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dairy free yogurt (I use unsweetened cashew yogurt)
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sweetener (I use date syrup)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge over night. In the morning I like to sprinkle with hemp seeds, chocolate chips and almond butter. A varsity of toppings make this dish a little more fun.
